• Deliveries to these non-mainland UK areas cost£6.95 per order.
• Delivery will take up to 7 working days.

CHANNEL ISLANDS

• Channel Islands pay no VAT.
• Delivery will take up to7 working days.
• Delivery to Channel Islands cost £8.95 per order.
• Select country as ‘United Kingdom’ but ensure you use the correct postcode.
• Please give a daytime delivery address, as all parcels need to be signed for.

B.F.P.O.

• Delivery to BFPO addresses will take up to 10 working days.
• Cost of delivery is £9.95 per order.
• Ensure 'B.F.P.O.' is chosen as the Country Code or the order will be invalidated.
• You will then be taken to ‘Complete Your Details' page - fill in the rest of your address.
• In the 'BFPO Number' field just enter the number e.g. '25'.

OVERSEAS
(excluding Channel Islands and B.F.P.O.)

If you are ordering from outside the UK you must order as follows:-

• Place your order as normal.
• Ensure you select your order destination country when asked for your address and credit card details.
• Once you confirm your order it will be e-mailed to us.
• We will make any necessary VAT deductions or additional carriage charges required.
• You will then be e-mailed with a revised order total and expected delivery date and will be asked if you wish to confirm the order.
• If we do not receive your confirmation of orderwithin 7 days the order will automatically be regarded as cancelled.
