One cracked and one dinted out of 9. For a party that week so had to glue the cracked one and make do with the dinted one. Yellow moon offered to replace but there was not enough time for me to send back before they sent new. I offered to send photos of damage but that was no good. I feel that I should have bee offered a partial refund for the damaged ones.
Service Rating:
Normally my orders are fine but this arrived damaged and as they were for a party I didn't have time to send them back and receive new ones. I finally received an email saying I would receive £5 of my next order (although I think a £5 refund would have been better) and after I accepted..... nothing received!
