ask for next day but missed the dead line so told next working day never came or the next day so i had to call them up only to be told i should have had aphone call to tell me it whent to the wrong adress and will be with me the nexy day i still pay the next day money and never got it back.

I think postage and packing is slightly expensive and puts me off ordering more often. I live near the depot and it would be nice if there was the option to collect my order, I would shop more often with Yellow Moon if that was the case.
