Service Rating: I would rate Yellow Moon as satisfactory (between good and poor). I returned some items from my last order as they were of a poor quality. I had to pay postage (which I objected to as it was not because I changed my mind, rather that the goods were not of appropriate quality - plastic cups that would have cut children's lips to drink from them). I also had to pay additional postage to return a free gift (and out of date 2011 calendar). Other items in the order were ok.

Service Rating: The choice, quality and price of yellow moon craft supplies is superb but because you use such an unreliable carrier to deliver I will not be placing any further orders.
HDN left the package in their depot with no attempt to deliver it for 1 week. They are a cheap carrier because they provide a poor service!
