wow the site was easy to use, i know this as i rarely use computers and neighbours left me to it normally they stay and help me and the products arrived without being broken and were packed fantastically and i learnt that i could track my products which was a speedy delivery and i will definately use this site again
Yellow Moon themselves are fantastic and I would rate them Excellent. However the delivery service they use is absolutely awful and I would not want to use them again. I was out on their first attempt to deliver and they left a card. I then (as instructed on the card) called and went through the automated system and selected a re-delivery for the following day. I waited in all day and nothing turned up. I then went on line and went through the system to request delivery for the Friday of that week knowing I would be at home, again I waited in all day and nothing turned up. Just by pure chance I was in on the Saturday morning and a very abrupt (I want to say grumpy!) delivery driver thrust parcel at me! I did not request the deliver and I could very easily have been out as having 2 small children Saturdays are pretty manic with various activities & clubs. By far the worst ever experience I've had of a delivery company and I use quite a lot of them. Yellow Moon should address this immediately as it may well lose them customers.
