I placced and paid for an order that didn't register at your company although you did have the order. i emailed a number of time and in the end telephone to sort it out, by this time items i had ordered were sold out. I have since had mail from you advising me that in the future i should remember to quote codes... in the future your company should realise when they have been paid but not registered the order.

Bought these for a 7 year old birthday party. We used glass pens rather than paints. They kept the 7 year olds happy for 1/2 an hour. They look lovely when they are done.
