However, the quality of the goods I ordered this time was not up to previous high standards. I was disappointed in 2 items - the fibreoptic light pens (N421) did not produce any lights despite changing batteries, and the Christmas chocolate moulds were very difficult to get the moulded chocolates out of (with instructions correctly followed) resulting on no worthwhile Christmas chocolates to give as gifts as planned when I bought the item.
Excellent range of craft items. Products vary well through the year based on the season.
