I was really upset with the service I received, unfortunately. I placed a not insignificant order and paid extra for next day delivery, my order was placed at 12.18pm and this was apparently too late for dispatch that day. When I called to chase up my order, I was fobbed off and told I should have read the terms & conditions. Eventually, I received my order but too late for me to use it.

The entire experience made me look wholly unprofessional and I would be reticent to use Yellow Moon in the future.

After reviewing your call, having realised your order had been placed late and calling us, unfortunately we did not receive your call before the order had been despatched. Customer Services are always happy and ready to assist with any difficulties, but need to be made aware of any problem before the order is sent.
