well, as far as us having a new board game available to play at my sons birthday party was concerned, you ruined my day.

based on the fact that you advertised a game expansion as the actual game (expansion cards for smartass, advertised and sold without any mention that they were an expansion), I'd think that you were a tad unattentive. when I then discovered that you don't even sell the full game, I decided that unattentive was an inadequate comment and that 'incompetent' might be a touch more apt. all communication with you was prompt however and the lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and suitably apologetic.
