Appalled that a member of staff chose to send a badly-damaged item as part of my order. The item box was badly crumpled and ripped, completely unuseable as the present it was intended for, and so torn that it seemed very likely that small items would have been lost from the set. This was all clearly visible, yet a member of staff chose to pack it up and send it as if perfect. I do not intend to use Yellow Moon again for this reason. On a small positive note, the cost of the item was reimbursed to my account quickly and without fuss, though no acknowledgement was made of the failure by YM staff in sending out such an item at all.
