Service Rating: The only comment is that I received a catalogue through my door about 4 days after receiving the goods which had a £5 voucher off which was great, however I need to spend it within 2 weeks and considering that I've just spent £83 odd pounds with you, it's a waste, which is a shame, as I don't have the funds to shop again within the time frame. If it was valid for a month, in recognition of my spending with you, then I would see this as value for money. How it appears right now is that your company is greedy and because I spent so much, here's an incentive to spend more so it's then in your interest and not mine - customer service...?
