Service Rating: Having previously ordered and been pleased with the contents I was very disappointed to find that all the 'Royal Wedding' things were items that were normally sold, including items which are normally sold, were not for the wedding and that came in a range of colours, not even red, white and blue!

Service Rating: I spent £450 with this company only to find that when I realized I had ordered 1 item incorrectly and had to ask for an exchange I was told I had to pay postage!
After complaining about this I was then given free postage! Pity after spending this amount of money you expect better service.
