The delivery was prompt but I was very disappointed that I was not told in advance that the pens were out of stock. I thought that was poor. I only found out on opening the box and reading a note

Again not too expensive, very tasteful and good quality

A very thorough catelogue. Always easy to order e it on line or over the phone. Prompt delivery.
The variety of wedding memorabilia was superb and we were able to buy bunting, table ware, hats, flags, party blowers and tasteful souvenirs for every person attending our street party. Asking for only a small contribution from each household to cover our costs. Much cheaper than high street retailers, a better seslection and at times far superior quality. Thank you!!

I spent £450 with this company only to find that when I realized I had ordered 1 item incorrectly and had to ask for an exchange I was told I had to pay postage!
After complaining about this I was then given free postage! Pity after spending this amount of money you expect better service.
