Service Rating: Good product range and offered next day delivery, which I required. Unfortunately I did not receive the items the next day. I filled in the customer contact form on the website and received no response. The items did arrive the following day, but it would have been nice for Yellow Moon to have followed up my query and perhaps offered to refund some of the postage.

Product Rating: Some were holed which was a bit disappointing, but on the whole they were good (on option of OK would be good here!)
Service Rating: The delivery was prompt but I was very disappointed that I was not told in advance that the pens were out of stock. I thought that was poor. I only found out on opening the box and reading a note
