I have been ordering items for Yellow Moon for a few years. I have only ever had one issue and when I complained this was put right immediately and courteously.

Bought as gift so not tried yet, but packaging and contents look cheap - disappointing.

Service Rating:

Service prompt and courteous though packing of goods was atrocious. Inadequate wrapping meant that items were battered. For example one pack of 240 paper chains had split open with the contents all over the box. On this basis would think twice about re-ordering.
