Very helpful team at customer services phoned three times as had faulty item. Arranged for refund and even though it did not go through first time did not mind as very polite.

TINY compared to the picture. Cheap plastic that ripped when putting it up. Awful

Overpriced. Misleading regarding the percentage of your revenue donated to the school I spent over £45 and I think the school got about £1. A cynical piece of marketing that captures profit for you and not the schools. Rest assured I will never buy from you again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. In our catalogue and website we go to great lengths to ensure that the cash-back percentage on each item is clearly indicated. On your order the majority of the items purchased were at the lowest indicated cash-back rate, plus some were on special offer and this is what affected the cash-back amount paid to the school. I am sorry if you find this misleading. I have passed your comments on to our Management Team.

the banner had been cut poorly and missed the last letter so I could only use 2/3 of it.
