I had to be in to receive the goods - three attempts as HDNL require a signature and as group has no permanent home this had tobe sent to my home address. WIll not be ordering again through you as being in between 8 and 6 is completely impracticable with dog and three small children. this was the first time this had occurred so assume there has beena change in your delivery terms.

I am so sorry to hear that this one occasion will stop you ordering from us. A signature has always been required, and is advised on our catalogues and website. Maybe the driver for your area has changed. We do offer timed services if you are not able to stay in all day.
