Excellent value. Unfortunately recently placed order with express delivery as we wanted to make crowns at my daughter's birthday party. I added some other items whist looking at the site. This was on the Tuesday and the party was on the Saturday. All the items I ordered were 'in stock' on the site and the parcel arrived the next day. Unfortunately I did not anticipate items would be missing and when I opened it on the Friday evening, the crowns were missing. I had to rush around looking for alternatives and had to just use card to make our own. Customer Services was not open on the Saturday which was frustrating and there was no date given for when they would arrive. I had to phone to cancel them, request a refund for them and the difference in normal and express postage. This was duly granted.
