We're very good as 1 st parcel went a stray but sent a replacement quite quickly
Also I would say instead of sending the parcel to messy church llandegla it should of been sent to my own address as there is no one based at the church so this would stop problems with missing parcels
We thought these would have the details filled in ready to just colour or paint so we were dissapointed and haven't used them yet as we didn't have the time or skill to put the detail in.

Very disappointed, the picture on the website and catalogue is misleading it makes you think that the characters will fit into the stable but the stable is smaller than the cut outs. would not recommend this as a nativity scene.
