Most of the order was excellent, but I did have to ring to chase up one item. This was then sent out to me immediately.
I also had to complain about a set of pens that had come as part of a kite set, but a whole new kite set was sent out , which more than compensated me for any inconvenience.

Love this gadget! Little difficult finding items small enough to work with it but found some wonderful tiny sea shells which look brilliant in it. It certainly gets people laughing when they try to pick the shell up. Brilliant little bit of fun for all ages :-)
