Sadly i placed an order for next day delivery which was confirmed as 12.00. Advised on your website was next day if rec'd by 12.00. mine did not arrive until a day later. It was for my daughters birthday. I spoke to a representative who unfortunately did not represent your company well, she advised it was rec'd at 12.00 and so many seconds!! therefore i shouldn't have expected next day? not the way to speak to a customer. She finally agreed to refund the extra charge i paid for next day and there was no apology. She also advised it's a 1-2day service whereas i advised her it clearly states next day on your website. As a business professional myself i was concerned at her customer manner. I hope this helps for future customer service....

I am so sorry to hear of your experience and can understand how frustrating this must have been, but 12.00 is the cut off time, and any orders placed even seconds after 12.00 are not eligible for the next day service. This is a automatic cut off which we have no control over. I am surprised to hear your comments on how your call was handled and we will look into this in detail.
