Service Rating: Goods arrived prompyly. However there was a problem with my previous order which I outlined on previous feedback. Yellowmoon contacted to say they would refund me the postage costs by crediting my account. On completion of this order I assumed that amount would be deducted from my order. It wasn't. Very disappointed as I really like the range
Our Response:Credit would only be used on an order if this was instructed by the customer. I can advise we have refunded the credit to you now however.
