totally overpriced - looked tacky and cheap

The products were totally overpriced - I was embarrassed to give this as a gift as it looked so cheap and yet cost me nearly £20

I love yellow Moons products, they have such a wonderful wide selecton. My only complaint about Yellow Moon is their delivery. Although I live in the Orkney Islands and understand that deliveries take a bit longer to arrive, I deal with many more companies like yourselves and their delivery time is far superior to yours. The time this delivery took was rediculous. The next order I made was a bit quicker but again it was made on the same day as another with a company called Artifolk, and theirs arrived a lot sooner than Yellow Moons. I have some further items I wish to order for myself and a friend but the delivery time sort of puts me off.
