Ordered two sets as gifts, felt very embarrassed and extremely disappointed when my friends daughter opened her gift only to find all the dolls heads were broken. I am surprised the items were not checked before being dispatched and that they were not wrapped in bubble wrap like the other box. I have given this complete undamaged set to my daughters friend, which has now left my daughter without a set.
