I have generally had good experiences with Yellow Moon with the exception of my last order. I paid for the order immediately and then waited for it to arrive. As I live in Italy I know that things can take a long time. After a month I sent an email to ask if it was possible to track the order - nobody replied. I sent another and still nobody replied. I then telephones after 5 weeks of waiting to be told I hadn't paid the postage. I had never received any notification verbally or by email of how much this was or that it was missing from my order. I then paid the postage immediately and the parcel arrived. As I said to the lady on the phone who served me, do you not think it a little strange to not notifiy somebody after having had their money for 5 weeks. I was really quite unhappy about the situation. As I was speaking to her infact, the email asking for the money arrived.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for the delay in notifying you of the cost of delivery. Looking into your query I can confirm a colleague replied to an email on 09/08/10 confirming the cost. However it seems you may not have received this which I apologise for. You then spoke to Customer Services who took payment and the parcel was received shortly after. I have processed a refund for the delivery. Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
holds my husbands big bunch of keys no problem. Just took a while to locate key pete somehwere useful. Used radiator in the end, but would like to buy some sort of magnetic plate to screw into the wall out of children's reach. Then use key pete on that.

I love the variety of products for all different ages and abilities. I buy for my own daughter, children I childmind, and a local toddler group. Your prices are good, quality id excellent. Delivery is quick too. Very pleased!
Great range of products to keep children busy with a wide range of projects, although sometimes I can be found finishing things off at the table after they have retreated back in front of a screen.
