The items I ordered were for my daughters birthday party bags and I was very happy with them. My only complaint is that the delivery time stated 3-5 working days, which I assumed would be from the point of order, or at the least following working day. I placed my order on a Sunday, so thought I would get the delivery by Friday at the latest. However, I only received an order confirmation email on Tuesday, which stated 3-5 working day from then! The party was on Sunday & royal mail delivered the package on Saturday afternoon, thankfully just before I was heading out to buy alternatives for the party bags.
