Service Rating: Yellow Moon were great despite the issues surrounding the snow. They offered me a full refund for the items I could not use due to late delivery, including the express postage costs and provided me with a free post return address - their money back guarantee really works!
However, Yellow Moon needs to address their courier service (HDN) which let them down badly - it was not just due to the weather, I received appalling customer service from the courier and despite the weather had no problem with any other internet orders over the period. Unfortunately this does reflect negatively on Yellow Moon.

Service Rating: The variety and quality of goods is impressive and I like the fact that the prices are clearly stated and seem to be good value, especially those which come as multiples or sets. Free delivery over a certain amount is a good incentive to buy more, but delivery is reasonable anyway and I have always found it to be very efficient and timely. I like the charitable donations available on some goods and the choice of goods available means I would always think of Yellow Moon for party goods and activities and gift ideas, especially at Christmas, but also for birthdays and other events such as Easter.
