Product Rating:

Advertising indicated glass pens needed for transaparent baubles. He effect of the pens on the baubles was appalling and no better than using felt tip pens. The advertising gave the impression that the effect would be textured, bright an solid. Total waste of money. Terribly overpriced for the effect they had.

Service Rating:

Quality of products very poor, customer service to resolve this inadequate.
