My only issue is with delivery charges. Northern Ireland is in the UK and usually it costs no more to send a parcel to NI as it does to anywhere else in the UK. However, I was disappointed to find that delivery costs and times to Northern Ireland were far higher than elsewhere. I think this is unfair and misleading.

The delivery service was very inflexible and basically I was asked to stay in for a whole day in order to receive my parcel. This is virtually impossible for me and it meant that I did not have items for my daughter's party in time even though they had been sent out promptly.

I am sorry to hear you have been disappointed with our delivery service, however we do advise that parcels need to be signed for. We are usually able to arrange delivery to another address where a signature could be received.
