Service Rating: This is my first order with Yellowmoon. I was disappointed with time it took for my order to be delivered to Dublin. I am used to ordering from Amazon and get my orders in 3-4 days. It took 11days from YellowMoon and it arriaved too late for my child's birthday party. Not necessarily a YellowMoon problem per se but a problem non the less as we were extremely disapppointed the order didn't arrive on-time.
Our Response:I am sorry hear of your disappointment. Our overseas deliveries can take up to 7 working days, as stated on our website. We do offer faster overseas services through Customer Services.

Service Rating: Yellow moon is a good website for raising money for schools. I have always found them to be useful and easy to use.
Our Response:I am sorry some of these have arrived broken. Maybe we need to look at a way of sending these items more securely. I'll speak to our warehouse and see what we can do for future orders.

Service Rating: The stuff I bought is all good quality, and the things bought in the sale were excellent value.

My only complaint is that it was annoying to receive a "£5 off your next order" voucher with an expiry date that had already passed.

Product Rating: Several or these had become unglued in the pack and had to be repaired before we could use.
Service Rating: Website easy to use and good product range though for some items it would be preferable to be able to choose colour, even if only selecting for 'boy' or 'girl'.
