The service, prices & delivery were all straightforward and easy. The products are good, though I think the descriptions of some items could be a little more detailed. I like receiving cash back for my school, but was disappointed not to receive anything on sales items. Therefore on spending over £50 my school received 88p.
I've used Yellow moon before and and usually happy with the service...Unfortunately the website was a nightmare to order on when I used it, I assume because it was the deadline night for Christmas special offers. It took me two hours and several attempts to place my order with my basket magically emptying itself during purchase more than once!
I hope better planning for high traffic events, or de bugging rectifies the liklehood of this happening in future:D
