Had to re arrange delivery twice though as courier would not give a time slot other than 9am to 5pm. Courier did not call despite requesting telephone and email contact details.
The initial package was much delayed; however, when I rang up to chase it, I spoke to a very helpful woman in customer services, who arranged for another to be sent out that day in case of more delays, chased up the courier, and gave me a freepost label to send back the unwanted parcel. Not impressed with the initial slow delivery, but very impressed with customer service and prompt remedy.
