Product Rating: The bathmat itself was a bit disappointing being a not particularly supple rubber as well as being dirty at the edges and in a crumpled polythene bag. The marks took some effort to remove.
Service Rating: The item arrived fairly promptly but was not packaged particularly well inside and was a bit grubby. As it was a bathmat I was able to clean it so I did not complain but was disappointed.

Product Rating: Was longer than usual but could have been longer still - not quite long enough for 2 children in the bath to sit on
