If it was possible to choose "ok" I would have. They say you don't need fabric conditioner but clothes do come out quite stiff, even though I'm following the instructions of not overfilling the machine etc etc..

Service Rating:

The stuff is great although sometimes it feels like delivery can be a bit slow (it's easy to get used to a next day service from other online shops). Also I originally used you so I could do cashback for my daughters preschool but that's not an option now, so I feel a bit annoyed that that's no longer the case (unlessI just haven't worked out how to do it again). It feels like i was led to you under the false pretence of being able to give something back to them (not to say I don't use you now because I like your stuff, it's just I wish I could help them too...)
