Great service, excellent product. The only thing was that I was unable to do the schools commission when I placed the order which was a real shame as the school I would put is very good about sending home your catalogues with the children!

I love the products and think they are excellent value. I was disappointed with the packing of my last order where everything was squashed into a small box and one item was crushed under the weight of heavier items placed on top. However when I rang the customer services team about this, it was dealt with professionally and I received a replacement item within a couple of days.
