However in November I ordered an item for my daughter's friend's birthday, which I thought was a complete kit containing a set of diaries and various stickers etc to decorate them. When it arrived it was only the books. This was not what I had expected given the description in the catalogue. Also, the books were foam backed and almost all had marks and scuff on them. They were therefore not suitable as a gift for an 8 year old.
I think that you need to make your cataolgue descriptions clearer.
