I was really upset with the service I received, unfortunately. I placed a not insignificant order and paid extra for next day delivery, my order was placed at 12.18pm and this was apparently too late for dispatch that day. When I called to chase up my order, I was fobbed off and told I should have read the terms & conditions. Eventually, I received my order but too late for me to use it.
The entire experience made me look wholly unprofessional and I would be reticent to use Yellow Moon in the future.

I am sorry to hear you felt you received poor service. After reviewing your call, having realised your order had been placed late and calling us, unfortunately we did not receive your call before the order had been despatched. Customer Services are always happy and ready to assist with any difficulties, but need to be made aware of any problem before the order is sent. Please feel free to return the order to us should you be unable to use it.
Usually good quality and service, However, when items are delivered it would be helpful if the boxes were wrappd in plastic or something waterproof as if it rained and the parcel was left outside(luckily it was a fine day this time)the contents could easliy be damaged. Otherwise happy with products.
