I placced and paid for an order that didn't register at your company although you did have the order. i emailed a number of time and in the end telephone to sort it out, by this time items i had ordered were sold out. I have since had mail from you advising me that in the future i should remember to quote codes... in the future your company should realise when they have been paid but not registered the order.

Always quick to deliver and wide variety. Wish Yellow moon would give discount to Guiders and Scouters as does its sister company Baker Ross. Would be useful if all kits sold in discount quantities of 24 as most Brownie Packs have 24 children
