Service Rating: I sent this product back as I was expecting it to be made of card or paper and not fabric, I misunderstood - have not yet had confirmation that this product was received back and if my card has been credited

Service Rating: I would use it more, but their delivery service only delivers "Monday to Friday" and it requires a signature - and since I work full time and they won't deliver to my work address I have to rely on the good nature of a friend and have it delivered to my friend's work address - a slight discrepancy on the address meant it was mis-delivered but Yellow Moon was efficient in contacting me about it.
