Returned a damaged product to Yellow Moon and phoned for a refund. Was assured that this was going to be credited to our card straight away. Card statement arrived today - no sign of a credit! Will have to chase this up again.

Service prompt and courteous though packing of goods was atrocious. Inadequate wrapping meant that items were battered. For example one pack of 240 paper chains had split open with the contents all over the box. On this basis would think twice about re-ordering.
