The website, ordering process, confirmation and actual products I received were brilliant, but I am afraid the delivery was poor in the extreme! I tracked my order and made sure I was in, but nothing, then someone from a flat in the next road brought me a delivery card and the carrier had tried to deliver to the wrong address. I phoned, got nowhere, no apology, and it came 3 days later. Yodel caused my experience to be far from good and let Yellow Moon down - such a shame.
