Products excellent and customer service (via phone) also excellent, just the speed of delivery slightly let Yellow Moon down, 2 weeks waiting. Yellow moon were very quick to send out a replacement order which arrive the next day (1st was lost in transit)
The initial package was much delayed; however, when I rang up to chase it, I spoke to a very helpful woman in customer services, who arranged for another to be sent out that day in case of more delays, chased up the courier, and gave me a freepost label to send back the unwanted parcel. Not impressed with the initial slow delivery, but very impressed with customer service and prompt remedy.
