Over all the service is good however I did receive two broken mugs and I had to let down one of the children. I also bought a mini car that you have to assemble the colour advertised was black and red and I got a green. It was not appropriate. I suggest you write on the more info section that the colour is subject to change. I would like to send it back and get money back.
