Product Rating: These went down so well with my friends children, sat at the table colouring them in decorating them and excited as to what they were gonna put in the basket.! the card its made out of is very good, not flimsy.
Service Rating: You offer great value items and great value, I've bought many wonderful presents for all ages from you and i always get great feedback from them. Ideal items for parties, fundraising events etc. I always recommend Yellowmoon!

Service Rating: I have generally had good experiences with Yellow Moon with the exception of my last order. I paid for the order immediately and then waited for it to arrive. As I live in Italy I know that things can take a long time. After a month I sent an email to ask if it was possible to track the order - nobody replied. I sent another and still nobody replied. I then telephones after 5 weeks of waiting to be told I hadn't paid the postage. I had never received any notification verbally or by email of how much this was or that it was missing from my order. I then paid the postage immediately and the parcel arrived. As I said to the lady on the phone who served me, do you not think it a little strange to not notifiy somebody after having had their money for 5 weeks. I was really quite unhappy about the situation. As I was speaking to her infact, the email asking for the money arrived.

Our Response:Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for the delay in notifying you of the cost of delivery. Looking into your query I can confirm a colleague replied to an email on 09/08/10 confirming the cost. However it seems you may not have received this which I apologise for. You then spoke to Customer Services who took payment and the parcel was received shortly after. I have processed a refund for the delivery. Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
