The first set of this product I ordered, had one notebook clearly damaged. The foam back was cut straight in half and someone had tried to disguise this fact by sticking it together with brown sticky tape. I don't think it is acceptable to sell products to people when they are damaged. However, upon my complaint I was sent a new batch and the new batch was fine. So I was pleased with the quick resolution of this problem.
