Service Rating: The products were great but unfortunately the fact that the parcel needs to be signed for means that I probably won't order again. Other companies offer an option to leave the parcel in a safe place (e.g. shed, garage etc).

Service Rating: Not impressed. Happy to take your order not happy to deal with Issues. Customer service only take calls during the day. I work during the day and really stuggled to call before they closed. The staff you have working in the evenings will only take orders and not deal with problems. I did have a problem with my order ,glow sticks that i ordered did not have connectors with them. Customer services said they would send these on. However this was over a week ago and they still have not arrived.
Our Response:Thank you for your feedback. I have looked in to your query and can confirm the glow stick connectors were sent out on 07/07/10 so you should receive these shortly. Please feel free to email Customer Services if you have any further queries.
