Service Rating: I cannot comment on individual items as they were for parents Sweet Poo Pooing Reindeer in ripped packaging this was exchanged but I had to pay for the return postage. When I requested this be refunded by Yellow Moon they said as I had had free delivery initially they would not even though they had sent me the ripped packaged item or it was damaged in transit due to poo packing. I have been very disappointed with the response and it has put me off ordering from them. I also know the cost of postage is the reason why lots of people do not place orders - hence the communal school one!

Product Rating: Very cute figures and great fun for all the family to paint and hang on the tree, our kids did them for the grandparents which they really got excited paiting them. Can recommend this. It was also well packaged so arrived quickly in one piece, and was great fun.
