ok - pretty average products. Website is good but I think the pictures mislead. Perhaps say, "this does not include ... which can be purchased here..." Nice touch with the schools.

excellent value for money but need to be careful with age rate suggested - children love to do things themselves and help needed for our children. Defiitely suggest that you do different other buildings in this product range.

Excellent and well run company - love the charity idea and this should be encouraged and always good to let the children who are getting Yellow Moon as a craft as a gift know which charity has benefited. I think the company should look into producing more craft equipment for children to keep - left over craft equipment from previous orders to encourage them to keep their craft staff tidy.
My 11-year old son is model-mad, but he could not complete this, due to the locking pieces not locking, and the whole thing falling apart every time he moved it. Also tiny, only a small part of the Tower, not the whole thing.

I ordered from my home in Greece, for the items to be delivered to the UK, where we would be spending Christmas. After two weeks I received a notification of a refund from Paypal (the order had already been delivered and was waiting for me, unopened), from Yellow Moon. I had never received any notification about non-availability, so contacted the company to find out what it was for. It was then that I was told that the St. Paul's model was not available, leaving me with one model for two children, and no time to find a replacement. The reply I received was more or less "oh well, what can you do?", which was extremely annoying under the circumstances.

speedy admin and swift delivery. I like that I can choose a day, and then get given a time, but would prefer Royal Mail, then I can collect if I miss the delivery.
