Helpful person on phone answered an initial query before I purchased on line. Goods arrived in reasonable time, but one item had been picked wrongly. Called Yellow Moon and replacement was immediately sent, didn't have to go to hassle of returning wrong item either. Would have given 5 stars had it not been for slight hiccup.
