I love the products yellow moon have and using next delivery was great because they use parcel force and so collecting it when I missed delivery was easy and convenient.

Info on website does not say that electric oven is required.

After about 10 days I checked and the website said the package had been delivered but it had not been. I called and they confirmed delivery with the courier. I scrambled trying to find the package at work, told them it was not there. They started to arrange a redelivery, and then informed me that package had been sent back. I eventually got the redelivery, but they credited the original order and sent me a new invoice to pay. Then there were two items I needed to return because of incorrect info on the webpage. While they gave me a free post address, I still have to go to post office, and figure out whether to pay them the full invoice and get credited, or what. This has been a huge hassle, and it's a good thing I ordered more than a month early as all of this was for party bags at my daughter's party. They've been nice about it all, but this should have been much much simpler.

I am surprised to hear you have been disappointed with this popular item, however it does state in the description to use an electric oven. Please feel free to return the item if you are not totally satisfied.
